This welded tube mill is equipped with perfect finishing equipment and testing equipment. It is mainly used for producing oil and gas pipelines. The pipes produced by CFOE mill shares good market potential.

Automatic steel pipe packing machine as is manufactured by our own company for Russia Chelny Steel Company. This machine had a successful test in November, 2012. Automatic packing machine is also the patented product of our company. Automatic technology brings the following advantages such as saving labor power, lowering production cost, reducing labor tension and releasing casualty.

3　Φ219 to Φ530 × 16 Straight Seam Welded Pipe Making Machine Completes the Delivery
Φ219 to Φ530 × 16 straight seam welded tube mill which is manufactured by our company for Russia Chelny Steel Company has completed the delivery in October 2012. This machine adopts the newest technology in our company. Equipped with the latest developed flat head chamfering machine of our company, straight seam welded pipe making machine is sure to meet API standard. Precision molding and sizing section adopt rapid roll changing technology, with which the changeover time has been shortened to 1 to 2 hours. The production line is also equipped with 60MPa high-pressure hydraulic press with large seal gaps.
